Bring the playing video and its remaining time into ShowCue. Keep the showcaller, backstage and presenter displays informed from QLab 5 or vMix—even when both are in use.
The ShowCue Connector runs on a local computer. A Windows PC can follow QLab on your Mac, vMix, or both. Pause and playback changes follow the player, with a clear indication if the connection is lost.
Available under Companion → Video playback. Windows download includes a short manual. This preview supports QLab Video cues and individual vMix Video inputs.

Prepare free, pay to go live
Prepare up to 5 shows with 5 people, including the owner, without a subscription. Add cues and media and invite crew before you pay. The workspace owner activates paid access when it is time to go live. Invited crew do not need their own subscription to work on your shows. Running shows live in another workspace requires separate active access.
Choose what each person can do
Invite people from a show's Crew page. Invitations grant access to that show only. The workspace owner creates and edits shows. Invited Showcallers can run the assigned show, but cannot create shows in your workspace or edit its runbook. Technicians use technical consoles; Viewers can only watch. Existing workspace members keep their current permissions; new workspace invitations are no longer available.
How the limits work
Solo includes 5 active shows and 5 people. Studio includes unlimited active shows and 25 people. The owner, existing workspace members, show guests and pending show invitations count toward the people limit. The same person across multiple shows counts once. Draft shows and copies count as active shows; archived shows do not. These limits also apply to day passes.
When access ends
Without active access, you can keep preparing shows and working with crew within the free preparation limits. Starting and controlling live runs requires paid or complimentary access. Automatic cues and Companion commands also stop when access expires; the current controller can still end a run. Cancellation ends access immediately. A day pass expires 24 hours after payment, so buy it when you are ready to go live.
A day pass is a one-time payment and gives 24 hours of access from the moment of payment. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled. Secure payment via Mollie.
